Join us on Memorial Day for a community work out, Murph!  

Donations will be going towards Eau Claire Country Veterans Service Office.

9 a.m - Class 

So here is the thing with Murph. Just because the workout looks daunting, there is no reason to freak out.

Just like every other workout that we do, everything can be scaled! This means you do not have to wear a 20lb vest. Pull ups? You can use a band or ring rows. 

On top of all of the scaled options, we are also allowing 3 different styles of the workout.

1. MURPH

For Time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run

2. 1/2 Murph
800 Meter Run
50 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
150 Air Squats
800 Meter Run

3. Partner Murph

*With all versions you can partition the reps however.
