High Protein White Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
3 large chicken breasts
1 cup diced onion
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 4oz can diced green chile
1 can of great northern beans
1 cup of low sodium corn
5oz plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup low sodium chicken broth

Seasonings: salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, red chili flakes, and I used some Everything but the Elote seasoning from Trader Joe's. I didn't measure any of these, just went kinda heavy handed ????.

Toss it all in the crockpot on low for 4 hours. Then take the chicken out and shred it, then add back to the pot to soak up all the goodness. I ate this with some Siete ranch chips on the side. You could also add some cheese if you want.

This makes 4-6 servings. Macros will depend on the actual amount of chicken you use (in weight). But mine came out to:
40 grams of protein, 30 grams of carbs (before the chips), and 7 grams of fat.
