New breakfast recipe comin' at ya! I don't know about you, but I absolutely love a big bowl of oats in the morning, especially with a bunch of flavorful toppings!
To take it up a notch, today I'm sharing a baked oatmeal recipe that I think you'll love!
50g dry oats
50g sweet creamer
dash of vanilla
pinch of baking soda
pinch of salt
Blend all ingreidents in a blender. Pour into a small loaf pan, or a couple slots in a muffin pan (spray with non-stick first). Top with 50g blueberries. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes, or until top is set.
Drizzle with a little maple syrup after it cools for a few minutes and viola!
** You could add some vanilla protein to increase the protein content, just make sure to add a little more water.
You can easily swap out the blueberries for pretty much anything, don't be afraid to get creative with your food!

Fat: 11 grams
Protein: 12 grams
