Protein Waffles

Pumpkin Protein Waffles

- 1 scoop protein
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/4 c. dry oats
- 1 egg white
- 2 TBSP almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into waffle maker, or skillet for pancakes. 

Top with mini choc chips, syrup, whip topping, chopped nuts - the options are endless!
