2 sausages, sliced
2 small or 1 large zucchini, sliced or finely chopped
1 red pepper, sliced or finely chopped
2 cups of sauerkraut
olive oil, if needed
Sauté sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned or heated through.
Add more oil to the pan if needed and sauté zucchini and the red pepper for about five minutes.
Add sauerkraut and sauté until heated.
You can use any type of sausage that you like.
Serve mustard on the side for dipping if you would like.
