Easy Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Bake

INGREDIENTS
2lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
8.5 oz jar of julienne cut sun dried tomatoes (in olive oil)
8 garlic cloves (sliced thin)
2 Tbs dried basil
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375-degrees
Place the chicken breasts in a large glass baking pan
Sprinkle with the dry spices
Place the sliced garlic on top of the chicken
Now spread the sun dried tomatoes and the olive oil that is in the jar over the entire dish
Seal tightly with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes
Remove the tin foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle
NOTES
i keep an extra jar of the sun dried tomatoes in my cupboard for those times when I just want a no fuss meal
