Crockpot Chicken

4-6 Chicken Breast ( you can use 1 pork tenderloin roast)

1 small can of diced green chilis

1 14.5 oz can of fire roasted diced tomatoes

1 TBSP minced garlic

1/2 TBSP Sea Salt

1 1/2 TBSP Chili powder

1 TBSP olive oil

1 1/2 TBSP lime juice

1 yellow onion, chopped

1 TBSP apple cider vinegar

MIx all ingredients in the crock pot except for the chicken.  Diced the chicken up and then place ontop of mixture in the crockpot and mix together.  Let it cook in crock pot for 6-8 hours and enjoy.  To get some extra healthy fat I will add half of an avacado and dice up some cilantro!
