Peanut butter granola

Makes 12 servings around 1.5 -2. oz each serving

1/2 Cup Creamy natural peanut butter

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 cup pure olive oil

1/2 tsp sea salt

3 Cups Gluten free Rolled Oats

1 Cup roasted peanuts.


Mix the peanut butter, maple syrup,olive oil and salt in large bowl.   Once all mixed smooth then start to add the oats and then the peanuts.  I usually add a little less than 1/4 cup of olive oil and a little under 1/2 cup of maple syrup.  Once all mixed together then place on rimmed baking sheet and put it in the oven on 300 F.  Every 15 minutes or so I flip the oats I bake for around 40-45 minutes.  

Once everything is cooled then place in tight sealed container and will keep for around a month. 

**** This is really good mixed together with Plain greek yogurt.  Which is a good mixture for a pre-workout meal.****
