Hydrating Cantaloupe Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of cantaloupe 

1/2 cup of ice

1 (8oz) serving of lemon lime Gatorade 

1 (8oz) glass of water

a splash of lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients until smooth

NOTES

Throw in a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein and you have created a very well rounded recovery drink.
