Paleo Chocolate Bar

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup coconut oil (melt in microwave)

1/2 cup cocoa powder ( I use nestle kind)

1/2 cup smooth almond butter

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp sea salt

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Then line muffin tins with cupcake liners.  Fill each cupcake liner about 1/4-1/2 full.  Makes around 15-20 depending on how full you fill them.  Place in freezer and they will be ready in about 10-15 minutes. 

Caution these are extremely to over indulge so limit yourself to one a day.
