Serving size: 1 pancake ( makes 4 large pancakes)
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Arrowroot Starch ( fine powder I have found this at Festival)
1/4 cup water
2 scoops of protein powder ( I used chocolate protein powder is AMAZING)
***To make these pancakes without the protein powder simply exclude the protein powder and add cinnamon and they are awesome pancakes****
Heat skillet use olive oil so the mixture doesn't stick don't have to use a lot. Pour mixture out like you would pancakes make them the size you desire I made 4 large pancakes and flip when cooked on the bottom about 5 minutes each side. These are great warm and cold so a great snack to take to work.
