LAURIE REARDON
"Turning 50 is a peaceful birthday because I have never been healthier physically, emotionally, and spiritually! I've been training at Momentum for
a year and it has changed my life.
I've lost over 30 pounds and dropped three dress sizes. A key to my
success is due to my training buddies
who support and encourage me, and
the staff and programs at "MO" are unbelievably creative and challenging."

BOB PARRISH
"Five months ago I started working
out at Momentum Sport Fitness.
My elk hunting experience the past
two years told me that I needed a
lot of improvement! In fact, the
guides wouldn't allow me to hunt on
Woody Mountain, a prime hunting
spot, because it was too demanding
for me. My chronic neck and back
pain ended, my energy level is
much greater and I've pulled my
belt in three notches. This year's
hunt was fantastic. I walked thirty
miles in the mountains. The guides
even let me hunt on Woody Mountain.
The whole trip was so much more
enjoyable after trimming down and
training with a focus on the hunting
and hiking I love to do."
