The Bridge Fly

The first training demo is the Bridge Fly.

THE BRIDGE FLY

This drill is a great combination drill that builds upper body and neck strength in the lifter as well as lower bodyand back strength in the partner!

1st - the lifter sits on the floor with hands on the DBs by his side (use a wt 10-20 lbs lighter than you would for a bench fly).

Ball Push UpsNext - the partner must stand behind the lifter in a squat/sit position with elbows on knees.

Now - the lifter lays back so his head is in the clasped hands of the partner.

Then - the lifter hits a bridge and lifts his hips up, holding the DBs over his chest, palms facing each other.

Finally - the lifter does a set of 8-10 chest flys while his partner holds him strong in the bridge position.
