Mo' Training Options

The Human Performance Center offers several great options to meet your training needs, emphasizing training variety, creativity, progress, and education.

MOMENTUM UNIVERSITY
MO-U is where your training begins! 12 training sessions with a conditioning coach designed to initiate your program, training technique, teach proper equipment use and safety. Over $100 discount for a group of 2 or more, and a family discount with 3+ family members! When you graduate from MO-U you'll have 3 options:

Group Training

Option #1
VARSITY MEMBERSHIP. Your monthly dues gives you access to Momentum as often as you wish to train and ONE FREE coaching session each month. Family member discounts are available.

Option #2
As a Varsity Member you can take advantage of our 20-session VARSITY TRAINING PACKAGES at a large discount. This allows you to meet with a coach as often as you want AND have access to train on your own as well.

Option #3
Opt out of the Varsity Membership, and choose to purchase Training Packages at the non-member rates, including group discounts.

CARDIO MEMBERSHIP
Our HOME BODIES programs brings us to your home or work for your training sessions! Ask for more details.

TEAM & CORPORATE RATES
Get greater group discounts on both MO-U and the Varsity Membership with 10 or more from your athletic team or company.

WHY MO-U?
For a variety of reasons (or excuses), a majority of exercisers who begin a routine quickly give up and quit, usually because a) they don't know what to do, and/or b) they don't have a program they know and can follow. Through several weeks of MO-U we will increase your "staying power" by coaching you through your program, emphasizing variety and creativity, teaching you proper training techniques, encouraging you, and showing you how to record your routines and gradual progress.

MON-THU 5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. FRI 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. SAT 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. SUN Noon - 6:00 p.m.
