Enduro Lab

Enduro Lab is a CrossFit based workout designed to get the endurance athlete stronger, faster and fitter. Focus on skill, intensity and performance will bring the athlete to the next level! Enduro Lab is a great supplement to traditional endurance training. Strength training as well as shorter, high intensity workouts work elevate the athletes fitness.

CrossFit Classes

CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimizes fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.

CrossFit Rock n' Roll

Add to your arsenal of drills and training exercises by attending this class involving stability balls, Bosu balls and Medicine Balls. Learn progressions of exercises that challenge and develop your core, balance and upper and lower body stabilizers. Including dumbbells and kettlebells, add a new level of challenge and interest to your routine.

Momentum Bootcamp

Focus on Lifestyle, Health and Fitness! Each class will feature a warm up, skill session, workout and cool down. We will provide in depth information aimed at improving your health and wellness while promoting fat loss. There will be a preassessment body comp as well as physical measurements. These will be repeated at the end of BootCamp so that you can see your results from all your hard work. This class will be physically challenging but fun! We guarantee results! The main body of the class will use equipment such as medicine balls, kettlbells, sleds, slamballs, plates, dumbbells, bands and boxes. Exercises are perfomed for specific durations with built in breaks to allow you to catch your breath and move on to the next exercise. SWEAT - Momentum's new class! SWEAT is designed to offer members a great workout that allows you to burn calories and develop a strong, physically fit body. This high intensity workout that is attainable by all participants with good form and technique. We offer a fun and supportive environment with educated coaches. Our focus on using body weight movements and free weights to burn fat, promote muscle growth, and develop overall conditioning.
