Baseball Academy

In February 2009, a new service began at Momentum with Dale Varsho and Rob Fadness leading the Baseball Academy! They will provide individual and group instruction in baseball hitting and throwing skills, along with speed and power training for baseball with Momentum’s training staff.

Two batting cages will also be available for rental use! There will also be pitching machines for baseball and fast-pitch softball available in the rental cage!
We are currently accepting cage reservations. Call today!

Dale Varsho, Academy Director
    • Field Manager/Director of Operations,
       Eau Claire Express Baseball.
    • 2007 South Division Champions.
    • Coached at UWEC, UWRF, and Viterbo University.
    • Dale brings a vast variety of experience and
       talent as a baseball teacher and coach at all levels!

Rob Fadness, Academy Coach
    • 35 years experience playing, coaching & managing
       from Little League through semi-professional.
    • 2 years baseball, University of Minnesota-Duluth.
    • 30+ years semi-pro baseball with Hayward Hawks
       and Eau Claire Cavaliers.
    • 5 years assistant coach, Eau Claire American Legion.
