Train Movements, Not Muscles
Many athletes still train for the beach - lots of bench presses, curls, and crunches. Training time is often wasted trying to develop "2 guns and a 6-pack" rather than the speed, strength, power, agility, and stamina needed for high performance.
Focusing training on movements rather than muscles can maximize your training efforts and produce greater results in competition. We have trained people for everything from dance to construction work to S.W.A.T. Teams to military boot camp, and for about any sport you'll ever play.
We'll design your training program based on the movements, energy needs, and common injury sites of your sport, as well as your age, ability, and goals. We incorporate variety, uniqueness, and challenge into each plan.
