The "Mo" Schedule
Training sessions are listed with time, an identifying name, and a number indicating group size. Please note 24-hour cancellation and group attendance policies described in your registration agreement. If you have a question, email or call Momentum or your coach. Appointments do not change if school is canceled (snow days, etc.). Appointments can be moved earlier in such situations if you are able to get in. Please try to arrive 10 minutes early if possible to begin warm-up.
